Tech-Manthan (A Tech-Management Fest)
Under the umbrella of entire JSCOE Hadapsar campus, an annual event named Tech-Manthan was celebrated with full gusto. Participants from the different disciplines across Maharashtra participated in this grand extravaganza. Our department organized KaryaNeeti, an event to celebrate the rich legacy of entrepreneurial spirits among the millions of youth in India. The event marked the participation of over 100 enthusiastic and dynamic minds from Technical, Pharmacy and Science background across different colleges in Maharashtra. Each team was given a set of objects, articles and were asked to create a Startup with those limited amount of resources. Each team was given an opportunity to present a Business plan encapsulating their business genre. Besides, they were asked to demystify the possible challenges faced by them during the incubation of their enterprise. An expert panel evaluated the performance of the respective finalists and judged the triumphant candidates. The team from Pathare College, Pune was adjudged as the ultimate winner while the team from SM Joshi College, Pune emerged as the Runners up.
