International Yoga Day
Goal: To develop the habit of meditation among students so that they can enjoy more peace of mind and self-awareness, which is essential for a stress-free existence. Objectives: • To let students know the amazing and natural benefits of yoga. • To make people get used of meditation through yoga. • To reduce the rate of health challenging diseases among students. • To help people in their bad situations themselves by getting relief from stress through yoga.
